Knitter Babes, New Pattern

Chopper Beanie

Fall is here, and it's time to reveal fall 2020 Knitter Babes collection! Fall is preparation to a closer season - and to Christmas! Now is the perfect time to start creating warm accessories and sweaters - and Christmas presents. Just like before, you'll be treated with one new pattern every week. The pattern in published in our Knitter Babes membership page, where you get access when you enroll to the membership.

We start with this Chopper beanie. It's a unisex design, so you can knit to your special someone, or if you're the special someone in your life (like I am in mine), then knit it to yourself!

SIZE: One size (unisex)
YARN: 1 ball (50 grams) of Amore cahsmere 115 by Borgo de'Pazzi. The sample is made of color 32, pearl grey.
NEEDLES: 6 mm (US 10) double pointed needles
GAUGE: 14 sts x 22 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inches in stockinette stitch
NOTIONS: Darning needle, tape measure

The thing in this beanie are the stripes made on knit and purl rows that make a cool effect. It's thanks to these stripes that the beanie folds beautifully behind the head when wearing it.

The beanie is made of recycled Amore Cashmere 115 by Borgo de'Pazzi. It's made with needle number 6 (US10), so it's quick to do.

The pattern is published in the membership area. If you're already a Knitter Babe member, please just click yourself to the membership page and you'll find the pattern there in PDF form. You can save in on your device or print it and start working with it.

If you're not yet a member, this pattern will be available to you in December. As a member you get this an all other fall 2020 pattern immediately after publishing, one new pattern every week. Read more and enroll here:
