On Saturday I was dying to get something sweet, but I had no chocolate in my closet and the supermercatos were closed early because of the coronadrama. The lust was so strong that I could not resist it and decided to take action and bake a chocolate cake.
I love mud cake, so I created this cake which will surely comfort your sweet tooth and help you out when you simply must have either sex or chocolate but don't have any around. It's baked without chocolate but it will bring the same satisfaction anyway. And it's ready almost quicker than your Italian lover would be at your door, so it's perfect for emergensies. So here it its, ladies, please enjoy:
Ingredients:
100 g organic butter
2 eggs
2 dl sugar
1,5 dl whet flour
0,5 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons chocolate powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
Instructions:
Heat up the oven to 175 degrees. Melt the butter in low heat and let cool a bit. Whip the eggs and sugar to a thick foam. Mix in a separate bowl the dry ingredients and then add to the egg-sugar-mix stirring carefully. Add melted butter and stir until even. But a piece of grease resistant baking paper in the cake mold to cover the bottom and the edges and add the dough to the mold. The cake is supposed to be about 3 cm high from the bottom. Bake in 175 degrees for 20 minutes. The cake will be crunchy from the outside and soft from the inside.
Let the cake cool and enjoy it with whipped cream, berry marmalade or ice cream. And cappuccino, of course.

Viime lauantaina minuun iski hirveä makeanhimo. Mutta kaapit oli tyhjänä suklaasta ja supermercatot sulkeutuvat coronan takia nykyään liian aikaisin, että tilanne vaati jo hieman kekseliäisyyttä. Päätin leipoa suklaakakun. Selailin kauheasti reseptejä, mutta kaikki vaativat aineksia, joita minulla ei ollut. Niinpä päätin käyttää vanhaa "kaikkea tarvitset kaksi" ajatusta, soveltaa sitä ja loihtia kakun sen pohjalta.
Tämä kakku sisältää perustarvikkeet, ja se on täydellinen niihin hetkiin, kun haluat suklaista herkkua, mutta suklaata ei ole. Sillä tämä herkku ei sisällä suklaata. Mutta se tuo tyydytystä niihin hätätapauksiin, kun todella tekisit mitä vaan saadaksesi joko suklaata tai seksiä. Ja se on valmis nopeammin kuin italialainen rakastajasi ehtisi ovelle. Ainesosat:

Tee näin:
Laita uuni kuumenemaan 175 asteeseen. Sulata voi kattilassa miedolla lämmöllä ja anna sen jäähtyä hieman. Vaahdota munat ja sokeroi paksuksi vaahdoksi. Sekoita erillisessä kulhossa kuivat aineet keskenään ja lisää se munasokeriseokseen varovasti hämmentäen. Lisää vielä voi ja sekoita taikina tasaiseksi. Vuoraa kakkuvuoka leivinpaperilla ja kaada taikina vuokaan. Kakun kuuluu olla melko matala, noin 3 cm korkea. Paista sitä 175 asteessa 20 minuuttia. Kakku on sisältä pehmeä ja sitkeä ja pinnalta rapea. Anna kakun jäähtyä ja tarjoa se esim. kermavaahdon, marjahillon tai jäätelön kanssa. Ja tietysti cappuccinon parina.
